Welcome to the home of North Andover Booster Club Wrestling!
The North Andover Booster Club wrestling program introduces folk style wrestling to North Andover’s children in Grades 1 through 8. Folk style wrestling is the style used by the National Federation of State High School associations (NFHS). The Booster Club wrestling program adopts, in part, the mission statement of the NFHS which promotes participation and sportsmanship to develop good citizens.
Folk style wrestling is great fun and like all sports, helps develop participants’ health, muscle skills, team work and sportsmanship, while challenging all wrestlers to develop to their maximum potential.
Wrestling is truly for all types and shapes of kids as wrestlers compete based upon age and weight. Kids from 35 lbs. to 250 lbs. contribute equally to the success of the team.
The North Andover Booster Club wrestling team belongs to the NER (Northeast Regional League) which is comprised of other local youth wrestling programs. The season will include Dual Meets, League, Sectional, and State tournaments.
The Booster Club provides uniforms, insurance and league tournament fees for all participants.
