2022 NABC 4th of July Road Race

For the past 42 years, the North Andover 4th of July Road Race has been the unofficial kick-off to summer in the Merrimack Valley. With over 3,000 runners, spectators and volunteers in attendance, it’s one of the most anticipated events of the year. Since 2018, the race has been operated by the North Andover Booster Club (NABC), a non-profit volunteer organization that oversees thirteen youth athletic programs and serves close to 2,000 North Andover children each year. The race is now the organization’s most critical fundraising event, with 100% of net proceeds going to support NABC’s athletic programs and other philanthropic activities in North Andover. In 2018, we raised almost $20,000. This year we’d like to beat that number! This year’s race will be run in conjunction with the annual North Andover Independence Day Celebration, which takes place on the Town Common. Produced each year by the North Andover Festival Committee, the day-long celebration includes a children’s parade, pie-eating contests, food vendors, live music, fireworks, and more.
