Grades 2-4

The 2-4 grade program will consist of a 4-5 week mini session designed to introduce the sport of field hockey including basic rules, skills and game concepts but more importantly for the kids to have fun learning about field hockey.  Practices will be once a week on the North Andover High School Upper Turf Field on Sunday.  

The registration fee for this program is $60.

Grades 5-6

The 5th and 6th graders program is designed as an instructional program to teach basic skills and get the players ready for team play.  There is one practice during the week on Wednesday evenings and one practice/scrimmage on the weekend.  Practices are held on Drummond Field (behind the Youth Center) during the week and on the North Andover High School Upper Turf Field on Sunday. 

The registration fee for this program is $125.

Grades 7-8

7th and 8th graders will play against other local towns with both small field & full field game play. There are 2 practices each week with a game on the weekend. Practices are held on Drummond Field (behind the Youth Center) and the games are typically held on North Andover High School Upper Turf Field on either Saturday or Sunday. Please note the game day/time may fluctuate each week depending on turf availability. We will let you know the game schedule as soon as possible.

The North Andover Booster Club will kickoff the Flag Football season on Sunday, September 11, 2022 for boys and girls in grades K-6.

The season will consist of 8 Sundays ending November 6, 2022  There will be no games or practice on October 9, 2022

The program is designed to provide a fun, informative on-field introduction to the game of Football.  Flag Football will take place Sunday mornings from 9am - 11am with one hour dedicated to skills and drills and one hour dedicated to game play.

NABC  Flag Football will consist of three divisions, one for Kindergarten, first and second graders, one for third and fourth graders and one for fifth and sixth graders.  Teams will be created within each division to allow for weekly games.

Registration will be open effective June 14, 2022 and will close August 31, 2021

North Andover Booster Club Football is part of the Cape Ann Youth Football League.  The CAYFL/NSYFL League consists of 15 teams from North Andover, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Amesbury, Masco, North Reading, Ipswich-Triton, Danvers, Hamilton Wenham, Pentucket, Newburyport, Swampscott, Manchester-Essex, Gloucester, and Winthrop.

The NABC Football Program is open to children entering grades 3 through 8. The goals of the NABC Football Program are to have all participants develop an understanding and passion for the game of football. Emphasis will be placed on having all players learn the proper fundamental techniques needed to be successful in the sport. Offensive and defensive strategy may become more sophisticated by grade level. Please check our “Divisions” tab to the left for a detailed explanation of all the North Andover teams in the program.

Practices are 3 nights per wek and we play a 9 game schedule on weekends.  Fees include helmet and pads, shoulder pads must be purchased

Low-key, drop-in clinic that allows girls to continue practicing skills learned in spring. Coaches will stress skills, game sense, and fun competition. All players receive a T-shirt.

Sessions will take place on either Friday night or Saturday morning at McEvoy starting the week of June 27 and run 7 weeks. Note: this program will be limited to 25 players. This is drop-in; there is no need to commit to every week. Come when you feel like it.
